  I give this a two star as I have had multiple visits without any serious issues other than they do tend to run very slow regardless as to how busy they are. This latest visit will certainly make me think twice about going back and is worth negative stars. Was after 8pm on a Saturday and very few diners at the time but a line had formed. Took quite a while to get thru line but no big deal...I was fine with it. We ordered to go and that was a huge mistake. Our order came up (I saw it) and it just sat there for a while. Then several employees handled it, looked at it, checked the monitor and such. Then moved on to another order and passed it on. I was thinking maybe something was wrong with the order. After 15 or so minutes of it sitting there and several employees checking it, my wife went to ask about it. We waited several more minutes and then they bagged the food that had been there the entire time as it was our order. Of course, cold and soggy now. Pointed it out and food replaced rather snarky by the person in charge. Too bad, I want local business to succeed. But will spend my dollars elsewhere now in the area.
