    Overall, I love this place. The apartment itself is extremely nice, and maintenance is always quick to respond.

    Two reasons I'm not giving it five stars:
    1) When I first moved in, the entry and exit gates were broken for about two months straight. Those have finally been fixed, and here's to hoping they stay that way.
    2) The train. It's AWFUL. I live on the far side of the complex and can still hear the train blasting its horn all hours of the day and night. I can even hear the dinging of the railroad crossing signs most of the time. The train wakes me up in the middle of the night several nights a week, and I work it into my dreams a lot, which gets rather humorous... but the train is horrible.
